I solve business problems with technology.

Not the other way around. Three companies founded. One sold. 160+ engineers led. $100M+ shipped. The technology was never the point.

02// what i do

Your investors want answers

Due diligence and architecture review. What's in the codebase. What it costs to fix. Whether the team can do it.

Everyone says AI. Nobody says how.

I co-founded one of the earliest AI interview platforms. I know where AI pays and where it's theater. Strategy, build or buy, and shipping it to production.

Zero to shipped

Stack choices. First hires. Scope cuts. Boring technology where possible. New technology only when it pays for itself.

The system is fighting you

Inherited platforms, stalled teams, failed rewrites. I've run these migrations with revenue on the line.

03// proof

protect the runway

A client's team wanted eighteen months to rebuild a working platform from scratch. We shipped the three fixes that actually hurt in six weeks. The company kept its runway. Most rewrites are resignation letters in disguise.

cut the operating costs

A national brand was stuck in a bespoke Salesforce Commerce Cloud build. Every change was slow. Every integration was custom. I led the replatform to Shopify, ecommerce and point of sale. Operations got simpler. The bottom line got better. They were acquired not long after.

make the acquisition work

Our ticketing platform was acquired mid-pandemic. I merged two live systems without dropping an event. Brands, APIs, hundreds of millions in transaction history. The hard part wasn't the code. It was deciding what not to keep.

scale without breaking

I joined an agency as CTO at 10 engineers. We built process before headcount. Hiring, delivery, quality. That discipline carried us to 160+ people across the US and Latin America, with revenue up fifty percent a year for three straight years. Delivery never slipped.

turn a cost into a product

We had a hiring problem at Fetchly. Thousands of applicants, dozens of countries. I built Spheric to solve it, then made it a product. AI interviews. Proctored assessments. Global payroll. Same test, same scoring, fairer hiring.

04// the record

05// the filter

I take on a few engagements at a time.

This form is the filter. Five questions, two minutes, no sales call unless it makes sense for both of us.
